Cookie Count v1.2 Released

A new Girl Scout cookie season calls for an updated version of Cookie Count.  Thank you for all the emails with suggestions for improvements to make my app better.  I've incorporated many of these as well as fixed a few bugs.

New Features Added:

• There is now a place to enter donation amounts.
• The list name is now editable.
• There is now a place to select if money has been paid and if cookies have been delivered.  An icon appears on the main screen so you can tell at a quick glance who has paid and who needs cookies delivered.
• Changes to cookie price or cookie types can now be applied to current lists, or new lists only.
