This app can take the place of the paper order forms. You can use it to track orders as well as track sales while going door to door.
This is the main screen. Clicking the + will allow you to add new lists. Clicking Edit will allow you to remove lists and change their order. Clicking the email icon in the bottom left will allow you to email all lists. Clicking the settings icon in the lower right will allow you to change the price as well as add/remove cookie types.
Once you've entered a list name, tap it to take you to the counting screen. Tap the + and - to count your cookies. If you scroll to the bottom you will see the screen below:
As you count cookies, the total is updated as well as money owed.
Below the cookie totals is a place to enter a donation amount.
You can also select if this order has been paid for and they have been delivered. These icons will also appear under the list name on the main screen so you can tell at a quick glance who has paid and who still needs their cookies.
Clicking the email icon in the bottom left will allow you to email this list. Clicking the Notes icon in the bottom right will allow you to add additional information such as name, phone number, etc.
If you would like to edit the list name, just double tap the name.
Selecting Cookie Types from the settings screen will show you the cookie types.
If you would like existing lists to be updated with changes to price and cookie types, select All Lists. Please be aware that if you remove a cookie type and it has been selected in a list, it will now be removed.
If you would like the new price and cookie types for new lists only, then select New Lists.
